North Dallas MMA is a highly sought-after mixed martial arts academy, with a great group of students! Head coach JD Shelley (bio) is one of Texas' predominant instructors. JD trains extensively to improve his own skills, which results in his students receiving the latest techniques and knowledge. We offer group classes or private lessons in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, FightFit, Yoga and Pilates Mat. All levels of self-defense from beginners to advanced, including pro-fight training are taught. Exceptional fitness, self-confidence and self-defense skills are the results of dedication and determination. Our mission is to assist students in reaching their goals!
